Founded in 2015, Le Fou Gascon is first and foremost about togetherness, generosity and the joy of sharing good food.
There are no set menus here — everything is bespoke, created around your wishes, your event and the moment you want to share.

Our catering services are designed for both private celebrations and corporate events, throughout Gascony and the wider South-West of France.

From seated dinners to sharing platters, buffets, banquets, cocktail receptions or barbecues, we cater for events ranging from 80 to over 1,000 guests — always with the same care and attention.

He likes to describe it as living cuisine — generous, instinctive and always evolving.

A key strength of Le Fou Gascon is its full technical independence: no need for an equipped kitchen on site.
